Try try these yummy simple muffins!! A HEB and 1/2 syn
Crumble 2 weetabix
Add an egg, 3 tbs stevia, 2 heaped tbs of fat free yogurt or quark, a few drops of flavouring (I used cherry bakewell), a grated carrot and mix.
spray a muffin tray with fry light and spoon in the mixture
Bake for approx 15 minutes on 180 or until browned slightly.
Mix a tsp of pb2 peanut butter powder with a little bit of water to form a paste. Mix in to quark and top the muffins.
Then just add a speed food fruit of your choice.
