Do you want to eat cake and still lose weight?!? Try my super speedy porridge cake. I make these a lot with just carrot, or I’ve made ZOATS and also cake using butternut squash, that was incredible!!!!!!!! So today I decided to add all three!!! The more speed you choose, the more weight you lose.
All you do is mix the following together:-
1/2 grated courgette (see blog on ZOATS, amazing way to add speed food, it doesn’t taste of anything but bulks it out)
1/2 grated carrot
A 1/4 of a butternut squash, (I took the bottom part of my bns and microwaved it, it goes really soft)
1 heaped tbs of quark (or fat free Greek yogurt if not doing eesp)
A tsp of cinnamon
A pinch of ginger
4 tbs of stevia (use less if you prefer it not to sweet)
A capful of blackcurrent squash (optional)
& almond essence
Mix all together and either microwave for 5 minutes, or until cooked. Or bake for approx 20 minutes on 200 degrees or until cooked.
Mix a tsp of choc shot with a little boiling water and drizzle. This is 1/2 a syn.
