Haddock, bns mash, sautéed veg and creamy garlic mushroom sauce

Tonight’s dinner, it was amazing!!!! 

I had the most busiest day ever!!! Got in late but still invented this!!! 

I baked the smoked haddock.

The veggies were tescos ready chopped and ready prepared veg, ther onion, celery and carrot one and the courgetti one. Pan fried these in soy sauce.

The sauce was mushrooms fried in garlic fry light, then at the end add chicken stock mixed with a little bit of philli extra light from your healthy extra, (or syn it) and some quark. Used approx a heaped tsp of each. I used chicken melts. It is quite salty so you might not want to use all the stock. Topped with tarragon.

Easy peasy but so tasty!!!!
