OMG these were amaze!!!!!
I just mixed 35g of oats, 1 tbs of stevia, some sugar free squash, a tbs of fat free yogurt or quark, an egg and some almond essence. For added speed a added half a grated courgette from my ZOATS recipe.
I just cooked them in a hot frying pan with fry light and grilled the top. Add an extra egg if your prefer them fluffier.
The cream is simply a tsp (6g) of peanut butter powder made in to a paste with a little water. Then mix it in with quark or ff yogurt. Tip on top of your strawberries and sprinkle with cinnamon.
