35g oats (HEB, I actually mix mine with flaxseed as both are b choices)
A small egg
25ml skimmed milk (HEA)
25ml salted caramel green tea
2 tbs of stevia
Mix together 35g of oats with the milk, green tea, grated carrot, egg, stevia and cinnamon.
Pre heat the oven to 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes, mine were ready in about 17 so keep an eye on them.
I topped mine with 6g of PB2 powder from my fopperholic page. It’s inly 1 syn for 6g!! I mixed with it the salted caramel green tea.
It really was amazing. You can adapt the recipe by adding whatever you like! You can syn some chocolate, add different flavourings, different fruit, sugarfree jam, Nutella. The list is endless!! Just remember if adding cooked fruit to syn it.
