I adapted my ZOATS today in to biscuits. Here’s how :-
35g of oats
2 tbs of stevia
Vanilla essence or any other flavouring
1/2 grated courgette
Mix together, spray a baking tray with fry light, I used the new coconut one, then spread the mixture in to a biscuit shape and bake for approx 15 minutes.
Made a really nice change to pancakes or regular ZOATS.
You can choc shot to the mixture or drizzle over it as I did, 1 tsp is 1/2 syn. Or experiment by adding fruit and synning it, or options sachets for 2 syns.
