It’s always a good idea at the time!

Not going to lie, a few liquid syns were consumed last night!! It was a special occasion and I had a great night, so no guilt. After a night out I’d usually use the fact I didn’t feel great as an excuse to eat my body weight in food, anything I could get my hands on! Crips, take aways, pasta, chocolate, pizza, subway, whatever was there or could be delivered!! Not today though! It’s not worth how you feel after. Eat rubbish and you feel rubbish.

Porridge and berries for breakfast and this for lunch for 1 syn. Amazing. Tonight I’m thinking pulled pork or as my mom called it tugged pork ha ha.

Have a fab Saturday, I’m catching up on bb and Internet shopping, that’s all that’s on my agenda!! Just checked out the new Michelle Keegan range for Lipsy, ummm not too impressed tbh. The playsuit is cute but that’s about it! Disappointing. Oh well, Bye for now xx

Ps if you fancy some chocolate try this

Serves: 4
Prep. time: 10 minutes (plus chilling)
Total time: Over 60 Minutes
Syns per serving:
½

You’ll be in heaven with this wickedly creamy dessert. And at only ½ Syn per serving you can easily have seconds (or thirds!)

Ingredients

100g pot of quark skimmed milk soft cheese
500g pot fat free natural fromage frais
1 tbsp artificial sweetener
1 sachet Cadbury Highlights
Ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks to decorate
Method

Place the quark in a bowl with 400g fromage frais, the sweetener and Cadbury Highlights. Mix well, divide between four glasses and chill until needed.
Top each mousse with a spoonful of fromage frais and a dusting of ground cinnamon. Serve decorated with cinnamon sticks if you like.
Tip: For a change, this mousse makes a great cheesecake filling. Make the base with crushed amaretti biscuits (1 Syn each) and egg white, and set the filling with 2 tsp gelatine dissolved in a little boiling water.

Agar agar can be used instead of gelatine if preferred.
xx
