Omg this was incredible!!!! All day I couldn’t stop thinking about garlic bread!!! I used to love spag Bol with garlic bread!!!
So tonight that’s what I had. I gave mine an extra easy sp makeover. Hubbie had pasta with his.
Fry off your mince in fry light, I prefer turkey mince, you can use beef or quorn. Just make sure it’s less than 5% fat.
Add 1.5 cloves or garlic. Keep frying. Then add chopped mushrooms, onion, carrots, & celery. Simmer.
Then add loads of Italian mixed herbs, oregano, a small pinch of cinnamon, a splash of vinegar and lots of seasoning.
Next mix up 2 beef stock cubes in boiling water and pour over the mince and veg.
I then add a tin of chopped tomatoes and a good squeeze of purée.
For the bread I pre heated the oven on 200 degrees. Then I halved and sprayed a gluten free schar brown ciabatta roll with garlic frylight and sprinkled on some oregano. Bake them for 7 minutes.
Serve and demolish!!
