Pan fry 2 fillets of salmon in fry light
1 finely chopped clove of garlic
Loads of mushrooms, red onion, spinach and leeks. Leave any out if you don’t like them.
Sprinkle in some dried tarragon. I don’t measure but it’s approx 1 tsp.
Then add cooked liguene. I used wholemeal.
Once it’s all mixed in add half a pot of arla garlic and herb cooking quark. 0.5 syn. Or use Philly from your A choice if you prefer.
Take off the heat and stir through.
Top with a scattering of smoked paprika.
Serve with a speedy salad.
1/4 syn per person.
